hrough the production of my film the health and safety of all the people involved is majorly imortant, especially seen as my product is meant to be as close to professionalism as possible. Therefore precautions will have to be taken in order to make sure that no one is at risk of any harm at any given time. Although there is only one cast member in the prodcution it's still essential that she and myself are aware of any dangers that may occur whilst filming.
Factors that are the most obvious to me are the following:
-Caution taken at the foreshore // rocks could be potentially very slipping and could cause a fall whilst manovering across the location. Objects on the beach could also cause danger such as glass bottles / sharp stones / and general disposed waste. As my character is getting as close to the waters edge as possible it's also important that care is taken to check for any holes or soft ground which couls cause further injury.
-Visibility // whilst shooting the night frames it's extremely important that I'm visable to any on coming traffic as I will be filming footage by the side of a quiet road. I also need to check that there is no obstruction in the road from the parked car or my equipment that could cause a potential crash. As I am using a bright flashlight in order to create the effects in my footage I need to make sure that this is switched off when traffic occurs so that a distraction is not given to the driver.
-Privacy // some of my shots are going to be shot at the Country Park, a popular public destination so whilst filming there I need to check that passers by are aware of my actions and as any staff nearby if my work is okay to be shot there. If so it's vital that visitors do not feel violated or intruded upon my by work and so I will attempt to stay out of the way of the public eye.
